DeadlineDays does not require user accounts or login for calculator use.

Raw calculator inputs are processed in the browser and are not intentionally stored in a DeadlineDays server database. Client Components may use localStorage for preferences, recent tools, and public-holiday cache data where applicable. When a user chooses to share a calculation, approved calculator settings are encoded in the URL. User-entered custom holiday text may be omitted, so a share link may not reproduce every result exactly. URLs can appear in browser history, access logs, or messages the user sends. Browser storage can be cleared in browser settings.

Holiday-aware calculators send the selected country and year to the Nager.Date Public Holiday API. Hosting, security, the holiday API, and analytics providers if enabled may process IP addresses, user agents, server logs, device or browser information, and similar operational identifiers. DeadlineDays does not intentionally send raw calculator inputs or private identifiers to the holiday API.

Raw calculator inputs are processed in the browser and are not retained in a DeadlineDays server database. Public-holiday cache entries in browser localStorage are valid for 30 days; stale entries are removed on the next read or when the user clears browser storage. Shared URLs can remain in browser history, server or provider logs, or messages according to those systems. Contact correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the request is resolved. Information may be retained longer only where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, or a legal obligation. Third-party operational logs follow the provider's policies and configured settings.

Where applicable under data protection law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing, and data portability. You may withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. California residents, where the CCPA applies, may request to know or access, delete, correct, limit qualifying sensitive-information use, and opt out of sale or sharing without discrimination. Submit a request through the public email on the Contact page; identity may be verified before a request involving personal information is completed. DeadlineDays does not currently sell personal information. If a future advertising setup constitutes sale or sharing under applicable law, the required notice and opt-out method must be provided before that processing begins.

If advertising services are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, similar technologies, web beacons, IP addresses, and device or browser information to serve and measure ads. Advertising services may use device identifiers and similar signals. Non-personalized ads may still use contextual information, frequency controls, fraud prevention, or measurement signals. Google's partner-sites page explains how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google Ads Settings lets users review or change how Google personalizes ads for their account or browser. When personalized advertising is served to users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB TCF is required. Personalized advertising must not be enabled where consent or opt-out controls are required until those controls are configured. DeadlineDays is an independent site built and maintained by one developer, working from South Korea. The developer is not a lawyer, employment specialist, accountant, or tax adviser. Because of that, the site publishes its calculation rules, holiday data sources, per-country verification dates, and known limits. Corrections: [email protected]
