DeadlineDays does not require user accounts or login for calculator use.

Raw calculator inputs are processed in the browser and are not intentionally stored in a DeadlineDays server database. Client Components may use localStorage for preferences, recent tools, and public-holiday cache data where applicable. When a user chooses to share a calculation, approved calculator settings are encoded in the URL. User-entered custom holiday text may be omitted, so a share link may not reproduce every result exactly. URLs can appear in browser history, access logs, or messages the user sends. Browser storage can be cleared in browser settings.

Holiday-aware calculators send the selected country and year to the Nager.Date Public Holiday API. Hosting, security, the holiday API, and analytics providers if enabled may process IP addresses, user agents, server logs, device or browser information, and similar operational identifiers. DeadlineDays does not intentionally send raw calculator inputs or private identifiers to the holiday API.

If advertising services are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, similar technologies, web beacons, IP addresses, and device or browser information to serve and measure ads. When personalized advertising is served to users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB TCF is required.
